Trauma-informed healing services designed to support emotional regulation, nervous system calm, grounding, and inner clarity.

I offer gentle, personalised sessions including Reiki, guided breathwork, meditation, yoga and curated healing experiences. Sessions are available online and in person, and are always adapted to meet you exactly where you are.

These healing services are especially supportive during periods of overwhelm, anxiety, emotional processing, burnout, transition, or when you feel disconnected from yourself.

Each offering below is designed to be gentle, supportive, and adapted to your capacity on the day.

Breathwork or Meditation may help if:

You want nervous system regulation, grounding, clarity, and tools you can take into daily life.

A Curated Session is often best if you’re unsure:

You feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, or know you want something deeper but are unsure what that looks like yet. If you’re unsure where to begin, this is usually the best place to start.

Reiki may be supportive if:

You want deep rest, emotional support, energetic balancing, and a calming experience without needing to talk much.

Working together over time

Many people find that working together over a few sessions allows space for deeper settling, integration, and continuity of support.

These 1:1 sessions are shaped around how you arrive on the day. We draw from breathwork, meditation, Reiki and gentle somatic support as needed — without a fixed structure or expectation.

You don’t need to prepare, explain yourself, or know what you’re looking for. We take it one step at a time, together.

There’s no pressure to commit upfront - packages are simply an option if ongoing support feels right for you.

All healing sessions at Make Soul Space are held with a trauma-aware, consent-led approach grounded in safety, nervous system awareness, and respect for your pace and boundaries, and shaped by training and experience.

You remain fully in control throughout your session - nothing is forced, and there is no expectation to share or experience more than feels comfortable. This work is designed to support your wellbeing gently, without pushing you beyond your capacity.

If you’re not ready for 1:1 support, you may prefer to begin quietly on your own.

  • Healing doesn’t stop when a session ends. The Shadow Work Journal is a gentle companion you can return to between sessions, helping you reflect, integrate, and deepen the work we begin together.

  • If you’re feeling called to explore your inner world but aren’t quite ready for live sessions, the Shadow Work Journal offers a supportive, self-led way to begin reconnecting with yourself at your own pace.

  • The Shadow Work Journal complements Reiki, breathwork, and meditation by helping you understand patterns, emotions, and inner parts that may arise during your healing journey - creating clarity, awareness, and lasting change.
