  • No. My offerings are not a replacement for therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. They are intended as supportive, self-reflective tools and experiences that can sit alongside professional support if needed.

  • No. All journals are designed to be gentle, accessible, and supportive for beginners as well as those already familiar with inner work.

    The Shadow Work Journal is designed to be accessible for beginners while still offering depth for those familiar with inner work.

  • There is no set pace. You might explore one prompt a day, a few pages a week, or return to it whenever you feel called. There is no “right” way to use it.

  • No. The journals are designed to guide reflection, not instruct or force outcomes. You are always in control of what you explore and when.

  • Some journals are designed to be used alongside your preferred writing method, such as a notebook, notes app, or loose paper. This removes pressure to have the “perfect” journal with you when insights arise. Check the product information to confirm.

  • Yes. The prompts are intentionally gentle and invitational. You are encouraged to pause, skip, or return to sections as needed.

  • Sessions may include Reiki, breathwork, guided meditation, gentle movement, yoga. Qi Gong, emotional processing, or a curated blend depending on what you need. Each session is personalised.

  • Not at all. If you’re unsure, the Curated Healing Session is designed to meet you where you are and adapt intuitively during the session.

  • Yes. Sessions are gentle, consent-led, and paced to your comfort. There is no pressure to share or experience anything you’re not ready for.

  • Sessions are offered both online and in person, depending on the service. In-person sessions are available in Richmond, Teddington, and Kingston. Once a relationship is established, home visits can be explored at an additional cost.

    • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax

    • Bring water and ensure you’re well hydrated

    • If your session is online, check your internet connection and audio in advance

    • If your session is online please find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed

    • You don’t need to prepare anything emotionally - simply come as you are

    • It can be helpful to arrive with an open, curious mindset, without expectations

    • If you would like to write anything down please bring a notebook

    There’s no need to do or be anything in particular - the session will meet you where you are.

  • You’ll be contacted within 24 hours to arrange a time and location, and discuss any questions or needs you may have before the session.

  • You can book directly through the website. Once payment is completed, I’ll be in touch to arrange your session. Alternatively you can contact me and I can book you in.

  • Yes, of course. Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

    With 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be moved to a new date.
    For changes made with less notice, the deposit may be retained.
