This breathwork session is trauma-informed and grounded in safety, consent, and nervous system awareness. You remain fully in control throughout. There is no breath holding or intensity unless it feels appropriate for you, and all practices are adapted to your comfort and capacity on the day. There is no expectation to feel or release anything in a certain way.
Sessions are held online, allowing you to remain in a familiar and comfortable space throughout.
Is this intense or cathartic breathwork?
No. This session focuses on gentle, regulated breathing rather than intense or activating techniques.

Emotional responses are normal and welcome. You will be supported throughout, and everything is guided at a pace that feels safe for you.

No. This session is suitable for beginners and everything is explained and guided clearly.
