Every session is shaped around you - not a fixed agenda.

Whether you're looking for a gentle place to land, a fully personalised experience, or something to help you process and release what your body has been holding - there's a session here for you.

I draw from Reiki, Qigong, breathwork, somatic release and therapeutic yoga, combining them intuitively based on what you need that day. For those ready to work with something specific, Deep Somatic Release sessions go deeper - using gentle somatic techniques to help the body let go of what it's been carrying.

All sessions are available in person across Richmond, Teddington and Kingston, or online.

They’re not a replacement for 1:1 support, but a way to begin listening inward.
