Meditation may feel supportive if you:

  • Struggle to rest or switch off

  • Experience anxiety or nervous system dysregulation

  • Find group meditation overwhelming

  • Want gentle guidance in a private setting

  • No prior meditation experience is needed.

What is guided meditation?

Guided meditation offers steady, one-to-one support to help you settle your nervous system and reconnect with your body.

Sessions may include breath awareness, body-based grounding, visualisation or simple attention practices — shaped around how you arrive on the day.

There’s no pressure to “clear your mind” or perform calm.
You remain in control throughout.

You don’t need to prepare, explain yourself, or know what you’re looking for. We take it one step at a time, together.
