For when you need somewhere to land.
You don't need to arrive with answers. This session is a gentle starting point — a chance to settle your nervous system, begin to understand what your body is holding, and explore what ongoing support might look like for you.
We move at your pace. Nothing is forced. You simply show up, and we work with wherever you are that day.
Ideal if you're new to this kind of work, feeling overwhelmed, or not quite sure where to begin.
Curated healing session
2 hours | £165 | Online or in person
For when you know you need something, but you're not sure what.
This session is entirely led by what your body and nervous system need on the day. Drawing from Reiki, breathwork, Qigong, somatic movement and therapeutic yoga, we let the session find its own shape — unhurried, responsive, and completely tailored to you.
There's no agenda to follow and nothing you need to prepare. Just space to arrive, be held, and see what wants to move.
Most nervous systems need time to arrive, settle and build trust before anything deeper becomes possible. Two hours gives us that. We're not rushing toward release - we're creating the conditions for it to happen naturally. Many clients find the first part of the session is simply about allowing the body to feel safe enough to soften.
This is spacious, intentional work. Not intensity for the sake of it.
Ideal if you want a deeply personalised experience without a fixed focus.
Deep somatic release

For the things you've been carrying in your body that words alone can't reach.
Something brought you here. Maybe you know exactly what it is — grief, a pattern you keep returning to, the weight of always holding it together. Or maybe you just know something feels stuck, and it has done for a while.
Using a blend of Qigong, somatic release techniques and eye spotting, we work gently and intentionally with what your body is ready to let go of. We close with a grounding meditation to bring you back to yourself feeling lighter and more connected.
In person sessions allow a little more depth — though many clients experience profound shifts online too.
