My Approach to Yoga

My yoga teaching is shaped by my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training alongside my background in Reiki, breathwork, meditation, and inner healing work.

Sessions are guided with care, choice, and nervous system awareness, meaning:

  • You are always invited to move at your own pace

  • Options and variations are offered throughout

  • Rest, pauses, and stillness are welcome

  • There is no pressure to push through discomfort

  • You remain in control of your experience at all times
