During your in-person guided breathwork session you can expect:
An initial grounding conversation to understand your intention
Guided breathwork, paced to your body and experience
Support with nervous system regulation and somatic awareness
Space for integration, reflection, and rest
Gentle guidance before, during, and after the breathwork
Breathwork is deeply personal and unique — some people feel calm warmth, emotional release, tingling sensations, or deep relaxation. Every experience is valid.
