This is my most personal offering - a bespoke 1:1 session that draws from Reiki, breathwork, somatic support, and meditation, combined intuitively around what your nervous system actually needs right now. Nothing is predetermined. We begin with where you are.

There's no set format - I draw from Reiki, breathwork, somatic support, Qigong and meditation intuitively, shaped entirely by what feels most supportive for you on the day. You don't need to arrive with clarity about what you need. That's what the session is for.

How might I feel after a session?
Most people leave feeling noticeably calmer — not because something dramatic happened, but because their system was finally given enough time and space to settle properly.
With two hours, there's room to move through layers. The first part of a session is often simply about arriving — letting your nervous system register that it's safe to slow down. What happens after that is different for everyone.

This session is trauma-informed and grounded in consent. Touch is minimal and can be adapted or avoided entirely. You remain in control throughout.
