Healing is rarely one moment. It's a process - and working together over a series of sessions gives your nervous system time to settle, build trust, and integrate what's shifting between appointments.

These packages are for people who want continuity without pressure. You set the pace. Sessions adapt to where you are each time.

Not sure if a package is right for you? You're welcome to start with a single session first. There's no obligation to commit upfront.

Extended 2-hour sessions

For people who have experienced the 2-hour curated session and want to continue at that depth.

These extended packages are available on request and designed for spacious, in-person work that allows more time to settle, explore, and integrate.

A few things to know

  • Packages support ongoing work at your own pace - not intensity or pressure

  • You remain fully in control throughout every session

  • All sessions are trauma-aware and consent-led

  • 3-session packages are valid for 6 months from your first session

  • 5-session packages are valid for 12 months from your first session

  • Packages are for one person and non-transferable
