What Is Breathwork?
Guided breathwork is a powerful somatic practice that uses conscious, connected breathing to influence your mental, emotional, and physiological state. In person, this process becomes even more grounding, as you are held in a shared physical space where energy, safety, and presence can support deeper regulation.

Gentle, trauma-informed online guided breathwork designed to calm the nervous system, ease overwhelm, and support emotional release from the comfort of your own space. This one-to-one session helps you move out of stress and into a calmer, more regulated state, especially when you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or in need of grounding.

This one-to-one breathwork session offers a safe, supportive space to reconnect with your body and breath, helping your system move out of stress and into a calmer, more regulated state. It can be especially supportive during periods of anxiety, overwhelm, emotional processing, transition, or when you feel disconnected or stuck in your body.
Breathwork works by gently guiding the breath to support the body’s natural ability to regulate itself. In this session, conscious breathing techniques are used to calm the nervous system, release held tension, and bring greater awareness, clarity, and presence. The experience is calming yet deeply supportive, without intensity or pressure.
