The online breathwork session felt very grounding. I found it easy to follow and felt deeply relaxed by the end. It helped quiet my mind and gave me a sense of calm that stayed with me afterwards.” Anna

What to expect

We begin with a short conversation so I understand where you're starting from. From there, you'll be guided through a breathing pattern suited to what your system needs that day - some sessions are calming and slow, others support release. You don't need any experience. Sessions are entirely paced around you, and you're free to pause or stop at any point.

A Curated Healing Session might be a better fit.

These sessions are shaped entirely around what your body and nervous system need on the day. We might draw on Reiki, breathwork, somatic movement or meditation - or a blend of all of them. There's no fixed structure, and nothing you need to prepare or know in advance.

If you're not sure where to begin, this is often the gentlest place to start.
