What to expect
We begin with a short check-in.
You’ll be guided through a meditation practice suited to how you’re arriving that day.
Practices may include breath awareness, body-based grounding, visualisation or gentle awareness work.
You remain in control throughout.
Camera on or off — whatever feels safest.
