A gentle, one-to-one meditation session designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and settle your nervous system at your own pace.

This session may feel supportive if you:

  • Struggle to switch off or rest

  • Experience anxiety or nervous system dysregulation

  • Find group meditation overwhelming

  • Want guidance without pressure

No prior meditation experience is needed.

What to expect

  • We begin with a short check-in.

  • You’ll be guided through a meditation practice suited to how you’re arriving that day.

  • Practices may include breath awareness, body-based grounding, visualisation or gentle awareness work.

  • You remain in control throughout.

  • Camera on or off — whatever feels safest.
