Intro healing session

You don't need to arrive with answers. This is a gentle starting point - a chance to settle your nervous system, begin to understand what your body is holding, and explore what ongoing support might look like.

We move at your pace. Nothing is forced. You simply show up, and we work with whoever you are that day.

Curated healing session

For when you know you need something, but you're not sure what.

This session is entirely led by what your body and nervous system need on the day.

Drawing from Reiki, breathwork, Qigong, somatic movement, and therapeutic yoga, we let the session find its own shape - unhurried, responsive, and completely attuned to you.

There's no agenda to follow and nothing you need to prepare.

Just space to arrive, be held, and see what wants to move.

Ideal if you want a deeply personalised experience with space to settle and go deeper.

Deep somatic release

2 hours · £165 · Online or in person

For the things you've been carrying in your body that words alone can't reach.

Something brought you here. Maybe you know exactly what it is - grief, a pattern you keep returning to, the weight of always holding it together. Or maybe you just know something feels stuck, and it has done for a while.

Using a blend of Qigong, somatic release techniques, and eye-spotting, we work gently and intentionally with what your body is ready to let go of. We close with grounding meditation to bring you back to yourself feeling lighter and more connected.

In-person sessions allow a little more depth - though many clients experience profound shifts online too.

Ideal if something specific has brought you here and you're ready to go deeper.

About Katy

I came to this work through my own experience. For years I tried to manage stress and anxiety through doing more, moving faster, and pushing through - not realising how much I was holding in my body.

It was through somatic practice, Reiki, and breathwork that things began to shift. Not quickly, and not because I forced it - but because I finally found a way to slow down and listen.

I'm a trauma-informed holistic wellness practitioner, Reiki practitioner, Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator, and yoga and Qigong teacher. I hold space for people who are ready to feel more like themselves again.

Based in Hampton Wick, with in-person sessions available in Kingston and Langdon Park.
