The Make Soul Space Healing Journal

£27.00

For people who have done the reading, maybe the therapy too - and still feel something won't shift.

This journal works differently to most. Rather than asking you to analyse yourself more deeply, it invites you to slow down and actually feel what you've spent a long time understanding. Through nervous system awareness and body-based reflection, it gently bridges the gap between knowing and feeling.

WHO IT'S FOR

This journal is for you if:

  • You understand your patterns but still can't seem to change how you feel

  • You've tried therapy or self-help and something still feels missing

  • You carry anxiety, grief, or a low-level sense of being stuck that won't shift

  • You want to work with your body, not just your mind

  • You're ready to go gently but honestly inward

WHAT'S INSIDE

Seven chapters. Seventy journal prompts. Seven somatic exercises.

Each chapter moves through a different layer of the healing process - from understanding your patterns and reconnecting with your younger self, to releasing anxiety, building regulated daily rhythms, and coming home to yourself.

Every chapter includes:

  • A grounded, practical introduction written through a nervous system lens

  • Ten journal prompts designed to be sat with slowly, not rushed

  • One somatic or body-based exercise you can do anywhere, without equipment

The seven chapters:

One - Understanding your patterns
Two - Reconnecting with your younger self
Three - Releasing anxiety and finding calm
Four - Your relationships with yourself and others
Five - Healing from within
Six - Building a regulated life
Seven - Coming home to yourself

FORMAT AND DELIVERY

Digital download - PDF Instant access after purchase Designed to be read on screen or printed A4 format, 27 pages No writing space inside - designed to be used alongside your own notebook, notes app, or any paper you have to hand

THE APPROACH

This journal sits in the space between talking therapy and body-based healing.

It doesn't ask you to fix yourself. It asks you to notice, to feel, and to bring a little more compassion to the parts of you that have been working hard for a long time.

There is no right way to use it. You can work through it chapter by chapter or open wherever feels most needed. You can return to the same prompt ten times. You can put it down and come back. It will meet you exactly where you are.

If this journal opens something and you want support going deeper, 1:1 sessions are available.

FAQs

Do I need any experience with this kind of work?

1

No. The journal is written in plain, grounded language - no jargon, no spiritual prerequisites. It's designed for anyone who is curious about working with their nervous system and body, whatever their starting point.

How long does it take to work through?

2

There's no right rhythm. Some people move through a prompt a day. Others sit with a chapter for a week. The journal is designed to be returned to over time, not completed in a sitting.

Is this a substitute for therapy?

3

No - and it doesn't try to be. It's a complement to any existing support you have, or a starting point if you're not currently in therapy. If strong feelings arise, please reach out to a professional.

Can I use this alongside a 1:1 session?

4

Yes - many people find the journal deepens their 1:1 work, and vice versa. If you're working with me directly, feel free to bring insights from the journal into your sessions.

Why is there no writing space inside?

5

Because your answers won't fit neatly into pre-measured lines - and they shouldn't have to. Use your own notebook, notes app, or any paper nearby. This removes the pressure to have the perfect setup before you begin.
