A gentle place to begin

If things feel like a lot right now, you don’t need to have it all figured out.
This is just a place to begin.

A woman sitting in a chair with a desk overhead, tangled wires floating around her head, causing her to appear overwhelmed or confused.

You might be feeling:

  • overwhelmed or anxious

  • disconnected from your body

  • carrying more than you can process

  • unsure what you need, just that something feels off

You’re not broken.

Your body is responding in the way it’s learned to. You don’t need to push through this alone.

A woman sitting cross-legged on a bed with her eyes closed, practicing meditation near a large window with a view of the countryside and the setting sun.

Start with this:

• Place one hand on your chest, one on your stomach
• Breathe in through your nose for 4
• Out through your mouth for 6
• Do this for a few rounds

You don’t need to feel calm
Just notice

A simple place to come back to

If you’d like something to return to, I’ve put together a few simple prompts and practices for when things feel overwhelming.

“I came in feeling really overwhelmed and not quite able to explain why. The session helped me slow down and actually feel what was going on in my body in a way I hadn’t before. I left feeling calmer, clearer, and more like myself.”

If you feel like you’d like more support, this is how I support people.

My sessions offer a gentle space to:

  • slow things down

  • reconnect with your body

  • process what’s been held underneath

This can include:

  • Reiki

  • breathwork

  • gentle movement

Each session is shaped around you.

If you’re not sure what you need, you’re welcome to reach out.

We can figure it out together
in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.
