MAKE SOUL SPACE X THE SKIN SCULPTRESS
A half day retreat to fully exhale.
Let your nervous system settle, your body soften and your skin glow.
Sound familiar?
Your jaw is clenched before you've even noticed. Your shoulders live somewhere up near your ears. You're tired in a way that sleep doesn't quite reach, and lately it's started to show on your face.
Soul Skin have created an afternoon to put all of that down. There's no experience needed and nothing to get right. You'll move a little, rest a lot, and be properly looked after from the moment you arrive.
It's a small group on purpose, so there's room to breathe and room to be seen.
Your afternoon includes:
Guided Qigong
Fascia release and mobility
Energy work
Immersive sound bath
Facial massage and skincare
Nourishing tea and time to connect
Leave feeling calmer, lighter, restored and glowing.
Two healers, one afternoon
What you carry inside shows up on the outside, and what you hold in your body lives deeper than skin. Katy and Bex both work with body and soul. They just start from different ends and meet you in the middle.
Katy
from the inside out
Katy starts with your nervous system, the part of you that decides whether it's safe to let go. Through movement, energy and sound, she helps your body shift out of coping mode and into rest, and that ease shows up everywhere, your face included.
Guided Qigong
Slow, flowing movement to get energy moving and bring you back into your body.
Energy work
Gentle hands-on Reiki while you lie back, so your system can finally stand down.
Immersive sound bath
We close the afternoon lying down, wrapped in sound, with nowhere to be.
Bex
from the outside in
Bex starts with touch. She works with fascia, the web of connective tissue where stress and emotion quietly get held. Her work reaches far deeper than skin, so as your face and jaw soften, something inside tends to soften with it.
Fascia release and mobility
Bex guides you through releasing the face, jaw, neck and body, freeing up the places tension likes to hide.
Facial massage and skincare
One to one time with Bex. A sculpting, lifting facial massage that drains puffiness, softens tension and leaves your skin glowing.
Tea and time to connect
A nourishing cup and an unhurried moment together before you head back into your week.
How the afternoon unfolds

Katy Wickings
Make Soul Space
Katy spent over a decade in corporate marketing until burnout and a back injury stopped her in her tracks. Qigong and somatic work helped her find her way back into her body. Now she offers trauma-informed Reiki, Qigong, breathwork and somatic release, and leads the studio at Salt. Reiki runs in the family: her grandmother was a Reiki master.
Bex
The Skin Sculptress
Bex is the founder of The Skin Sculptress, working between Richmond and Broadstairs. Her holistic facial and body treatments go beneath the surface, using fascia release, buccal sculpting, lymphatic work and jaw release massage to release the tension our faces and bodies quietly carry. Her work is as much about how you feel as how you look, and she brings real care and intuition to every treatment.

Completely. Everything is gentle and guided, and you're welcome to take part as much or as little as feels right. Plenty of people come to their first Qigong or energy work session exactly like this.
-
Yes, gently. Everyone receives one to one Reiki from Katy, body fascia release from Bex, and a facial massage during the sound bath. We'll always check in first, and you can say no to anything at any point.
